Regular cancellation policy 
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received up to 21 days prior to the program. Administration fee of Rs. 750 would be deducted for cancellations made between 15-20 days prior to the program. No refunds will be made to cancellations received less than 15 days before the program.

Substitution 
Delegate substitution can be done at any time and does not incur any charge. Please fax or mail your changes to Astrum 

Revision 
Astrum Consulting Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the venue, date, content or trainer of its courses at anytime. In case of any of the above changes being enforced, Astrum will not be responsible for covering travel, accommodation or any other cost borne by the participant. In the occurrence of any workshop being cancelled, Astrum reserves the right to transfer this booking to another date for the same workshop in the following 12 months or if the participant so wishes, to a different workshop having the same fee structure.
